Flotilla Organization
The Flotilla in Alpena serves under the guidance and command of the AuxOp Station OIC, Richard Houchin. The Flotilla Commander works directly with the OIC in coordinating Auxiliary operations and training conducted at the Station. The Flotilla Vice Commander provides oversight and coordination for the Flotilla Staff Officers.
